My name is Andrew McCance. I have worked as a board director in private and public limited companies in the security, custodial care and health care sectors.
Notably, I launched SOS Doctors in 1997, raising private finance in 2000 and then taking the company to OFEX as Doctors Direct PLC in 2001.
I formed part of a team that acquired SOS Doctors Direct Ltd in 2004, where I remained as Managing Director until the business sold to Hooper Holmes Inc in 2006.
More recently, I work as non-executive Chairman at Mainline Security Ltd, which owns SEMP POWER.
